1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the w9999 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and w9999. They apply to all areas of the platform including the live casino, slot games, sports betting section, deposit and withdrawal functions, bonus programmes and customer support interactions.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

All transactions on w9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to your account balance, and the amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your gaming wallet — no hidden deductions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

General rules that apply to all bonuses on w9999 unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Claiming a welcome bonus through multiple accounts is considered fraudulent activity.

6 Gameplay Rules — Casino and Sports Betting

For the sports betting section, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after submission except where a specific Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
